Nijo barley tea

Nijo barley in Saga has top-class quality and yield in Japan. The reason is that Kawazoe-town, Saga, is located in a vast Saga Plain and is nearby the Ariake Sea, where the tides ebb and flow, which is rare in Japan. Because there is well air-flow and easy to dry, Nijo barley has an environment in which nutrients are well contained. Saga is one of the leading glutinous rice producing areas in Japan. Black soybean glasse

The black soybeans produced by Ikemako are the first black soybean varieties in Kyushu.
Kurodamaru (black soybeans from Ikemako) is a large soybean variety for boiled beans cultivated mainly in Kyushu for warm regions. The surface is glossy, and you can see at a glance the difference between the varieties of black soybeans, which are common in western Japan. It is a high-quality glasse with reduced sweetness, using the flavor of black soybeans produced by farmers.
